Our company was founded in 1959 and has been in business for over 60 years.

Currently, we are developing business at three factories, Akashi City, Hyogo Prefecture, Zama City, Kanagawa Prefecture, and Kazo City, Saitama Prefecture. We manufacture and sell boring bars and other products. Since several years ago, we have introduced a video conference system at 3 factories and the head office, and we are doing daily work while closely coordinating and communicating between factories and between factories and head office.

In 2019, we formulated a grade system company-wide to clarify salary increases and salaries. In the summer and winter of 2020, the average bonus was 2.4 months each time. In addition, we aim to have a free and open culture in which we can freely speak anything about the culture of the company. Due to such a visualized system and a comfortable working environment, most of the three factories boast a high retention rate of working until retirement age.
